Absolutely! We understand that getting back to your ship on time is your top priority, and it’s ours too. All of our tours are carefully timed to align with your ship’s schedule. In the rare event your ship’s schedule changes, we’ll adjust our tour times accordingly. You will always be back at your cruise ship well before the “all aboard” time. You can relax and enjoy your tour knowing you’ll have plenty of time to re-board.
We’ve made it simple to find us!
For all tours, your meeting point is the small bus zone, located directly opposite the Eden Visitor Information Centre. It’s a quick and easy walk, just about 150 meters (roughly 500 feet) from where you get off your cruise ship. We’ll be there to welcome you!
If you’re renting an e-bike, you’ll find our e-bike hire trailer in the main car park at the port. This spot is super convenient, only about 200 meters (around 650 feet) from your disembarkation point.
A detailed map of your specific meeting location will be provided in your booking confirmation email to ensure you find us with ease.
To make the most of your adventure, we recommend bringing:
Comfortable, closed-toe shoes
A refillable water bottle
Weather-appropriate clothing: Check the forecast and pack items like sunglasses, a hat, a raincoat, or a jumper.
Your camera/phone to capture memories
Any personal medication you may need.

We recommend checking the physical activity rating listed for each tour item to ensure it suits your group’s abilities.
For Younger Guests:
Children under 7: Please inform us at the time of booking so we can arrange a complimentary child car seat.
Children under 3: For the comfort and flexibility of families with very young children, we highly recommend our private tours for groups of 6 or more. These allow you to set your own pace. Please email us to inquire about private tours.
E-bikes: Please note that we do not have e-bikes suitable for children.
For Older Guests or Guests with Physical Limitations:
If you have any physical limitations, please let us know when you book. This allows your driver to tailor the experience to your needs, ensuring maximum comfort and enjoyment.
Wheelchair Accessibility: We have access to a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, which can be booked as a private tour. Please contact us directly to arrange this.
Private Tours: Our private tours (for groups of 6+) are also ideal if you have specific physical considerations or simply prefer a more personalised experience.
