There’s something about the great outdoors that heightens every sense. The air is fresher, the colours more vivid—and when you finally sit down to taste wine and cheese, the flavours seem amplified, alive with the essence of where they come from. This unique tour beautifully pairs an immersive morning paddle across Corunna Lake with an indulgent boutique wine and cheese tasting at the historic Tilba Valley Winery.
Glide across the tranquil, crystal-clear waters of Corunna Lake on a gentle 3.5 km guided paddle. Fringed by stunning spotted gum forests and sandy shores, this vibrant marine park ecosystem puts you right in the heart of wild, untouched nature.
As you paddle, Mt Gulaga rises majestically in the distance, keeping watch over the ancient landscape. Keep your eyes peeled for magnificent white-bellied sea eagles soaring high above and peaceful jellyfish drifting silently beneath your kayak in the pristine lake waters.
Your paddle flows directly into pure indulgence. Arriving at the water’s edge of Tilba Valley Winery, you’ll enjoy a curated tasting of three boutique, handcrafted wines paired beautifully with a generous platter of award-winning, locally produced artisan cheeses.
Once your premium tasting concludes, the afternoon is yours to enjoy. Linger on the sunny deck with another glass of wine, order a delicious, leisurely lunch overlooking the rolling vines, or simply savor the relaxed, peaceful glow of a morning spent in nature.
