As the air turns crisp, we’re moving beyond the standard trail to bring you a curated series of unique winter experiences. From starlit paddles to fireside storytelling, these special events are designed to keep the spirit of adventure and community alive all year round.

Free off season monthly meetups

Our free community paddles are all about getting locals on the water to connect with nature and each other in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Departing the first Tuesday of the month between May & September. 

Surprise Mum with a guided kayak tour on the pristine Pambula River capped off with a delicious high tea on the beach. It’s the perfect blend of adventure and indulgence.

Embrace the stillness of the year’s longest night with a guided starlit paddle on Wallagoot Lake, followed by a cup of steaming hot soup. Connection. Nature. Gratitude.

Discover the hidden wonders of our local bushland as we explore the deep cultural significance and traditional uses of native fungi through an ancient Indigenous lens.

Friday, 17th July

Join us at Kangarutha Farm, Tathra featuring two raw storytelling sessions—trekking the Australian Alps and a legendary kayaking expedition— includes fresh pizza, a warm campfire, and hot drinks.

Saturday, August 1st

At Tathra Headland Theatre for an inspiring 7 PM screening of the Women’s Adventure Film Tour. Featuring a collection of short films celebrating the courage, community, and diverse journeys of women in the wild.

Treat Dad to a legendary morning on the water with a guided 3.5km family paddle across Corunna Lake, finishing with a hard-earned craft ale and local artisan cheese at the iconic Tilba Valley Winery.
