Indigenous Narrative of Fungi: Kayaking Journey
Created with Twofold Aboriginal Corporation and the Fungi Festival, this special Pambula Lake paddle explores the cultural significance of fungi through Aboriginal knowledge and storytelling.
The tour also delves into the Aboriginal connection to the land and waterways, showing how fungi, plants, and local ecosystems have supported generations of Aboriginal peoples in the region.
We will make our way to Severs Beach, a place deeply entwined with the indigenous heritage of our region, resonating with thousands of years of history. As we pause to soak in the beauty of this magnificent spot, guests are treated to a delightful morning tea. Relish the local flavours of lemon myrtle slice, paired with freshly plunged coffee, aromatic tea, refreshing juice, and a selection of fresh fruit.
