  • Pinnacles Lookout: Marvel at panoramic views of the Eden coastline and erosion feature from this elevated vantage point. This includes a 1 km / 0.6 mile walk with uneven terrain and stairs. For those unable to navigate stairs, a 400 m / 0.2 mile accessible path to the lookout is available.

Accessibility Information

Transportation: Our mini van is equipped with railings and steps that are not high off the ground, making it easier for guests to get in and out. This ensures a more accessible experience for individuals with mobility challenges.

Walking Distance: The longest walk during the tour is approximately 1 kilometer or 500 meters. The guide will assess the physical requirements of the group and choose the most suitable option. If you need to avoid stairs, please inform the guide so that they can plan accordingly.

Toilet Facilities: There are public toilets available at Cocora Beach and Rotary Lookout, providing convenient access for guests. Additionally, there is a pit toilet at the Pinnacles Lookout. These facilities are designed to accommodate the needs of tour participants.

Young Children: To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for your young child, we provide a child seat in one of our vehicles. This child seat is specifically designed to meet the safety requirements for children in this age range. When making your booking, please inform us in advance if you will require a child seat, and we will make the necessary arrangements to accommodate your needs.

Accessibility Needs: Our guides are committed to ensuring a comfortable experience for all guests. If you have any specific accessibility needs or requirements, please inform your guide in advance. They will make every effort to accommodate your needs and provide assistance throughout the tour.

Essential Information
  • To ensure this tour runs, we require a minimum of 4 pre-booked guests. In the unlikely event that we don’t reach this number by 2 days before the tour, you will receive an email outlining the following options:
    1. Guarantee the tour by paying the minimum fare of $600 (with potential refunds if additional guests join!).
    1. Transfer your booking to another exciting activity we have available.
    1. Receive a full refund if you choose to cancel.
  • A 10% surcharge will be applied on NSW Public Holidays to help offset the increased wage expenses incurred on these days.
  • If we cancel a tour due to weather or operational requirements we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund.
  • Cancellation by guest
    The guest may cancel the Service at any time, by email or text message. The following will
    apply:
     If the cancellation is more than 48 hours prior to the tour commencement, an administration
    fee of 25% of the booking cost will be deducted, and the balance refunded (type 1
    cancellation);
     If the cancellation is less than 48 hours but more than 4 hours prior to the tour
    commencement, an administration fee of 50% of the booking cost will be deducted, and the
    balance refunded (type 2 cancellation);
     If the cancellation is less than 4 hours prior to the tour commencement, if the guest is a no
    show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking cost will be deducted (type 3 cancellation).
    The administration fee is to compensate us for the administration cost of processing the booking
    and making the tour arrangements. The cancellation fee covers the cost of our tour staff and
    catering in addition to the administration fee
    If your ship doesn’t dock, we understand the disappointment and will process a refund for
    you. We will treat the cancellation as a type 2 cancellation.
    Cancellation by us
    Navigate Expeditions may cancel the Service at any time by email or text message, for any one
    of the following reasons:
     If the number of guests booked to participate in the Services does not meet the minimum
    number;
     If extreme weather conditions such as heavy rainfall, extreme heat, strong winds, typhoons,
    sudden temperature shifts and fog are predicted or experienced;
     If a state or national lockdown exists, such as for an epidemic or security reasons, preventing
    the guest’s travel to the place of departure of the tour;
    Then Navigate Expeditions will provide a full refund of the booking cost in full satisfaction of all
    claims the guest may have arising from the cancellation.
    Cancellation by a third-party provider
    If a third-party provider cancels all or part of their services, Navigate Expeditions may provide an
    alternative activity, offer a private experience or provide a full refund of all monies paid, as it
    may decide.
    Cancellation due to a Force Majeure Event
    If a tour is cancelled prior to the tour commencement due to a Force Majeure Event, Navigate
    Expeditions will treat the cancellation as if it cancelled the tour.
    Force Majeure Event includes but is not limited to: ‘acts of God’, war; civil commotion, riot;
    blockade or embargo, fire, explosion, breakdown, union dispute, earthquake, epidemic,
    pandemic or other health emergency, faults or errors in navigation or management of this or of
    any other Vessel, seizure of the Vessel under legal process, any abrupt or unexpected increase
    in the cost of fuel or shortage of fuel, flood, windstorm or other extreme weather event, lack or failure of courses of supply, passage of any law, order, proclamation, regulation, ordinance,
    demand, requisition or requirement or any other act of any government authority, beyond the
    reasonable control of the parties, whether or not foreseeable, which would make it dangerous or
    not viable for a trip to commence or continue.

  • When it comes to inclement weather, we prioritise the safety of our guests. While we guide in all weather conditions as long as it remains safe. To ensure your comfort, we provide ponchos and umbrellas for our guests. Your enjoyment and safety are our top priorities, regardless of the weather conditions.
  • It is a mandatory requirement that all guests hold a valid travel insurance policy. This must provide coverage for service cancellations, travel interruptions, loss of personal property, and all medical or emergency expenses. We accept no liability for costs incurred due to a guest’s failure to secure adequate insurance.
